I have approximately seven years of experience working in hotel cleaning operations, including guest room cleaning, bed making, common-area cleaning, and various other services supporting hotel operations.
Through working alongside many cleaning staff in the field, I came to understand that the most important elements of hotel cleaning are stable staffing, consistent quality, and responsible on-site management.
Building on this experience and knowledge, I established RIONA CO., LTD. in February 2026. Because I have personally experienced hotel cleaning operations, I understand both the perspective of hotel operators and the realities faced by on-site staff.
